How Do You Convert Quicktime Wavs To An Ipod?
The WAV audio format is widely used on PCs but is not compatible with the audio formats that play on an iPod. Converting the WAV audio format can be done using the QuickTime Player program, which works in a similar fashion on both Mac and Windows-based computers. The QuickTime movie that is created from the WAV file will play on iPods without any problems. The WAV file is not altered or damaged in any way. Download and install the Mac or PC version of the free QuickTime Player program (see link in Resources below). Restart if using a Windows-based computer. If using a Mac, download and install the Flip4Mac program that will let the Macintosh version of the QuickTime Player be able to read WAV files. Restart the Mac when the installation has been completed. Run the QuickTime Player program. Go to “File” and “Open File” and navigate to the WAV file that is to be converted by the QuickTime Player in the window that has opened. Highlight the file with the mouse and press the “Open” button
