How Do You Convert Outlook Contacts To Lotus Notes?
Microsoft Outlook is part of the Microsoft Office suite of productivity software. Many businesses provide their employees with Microsoft Outlook to manage their emails, contacts and corporate calendars. Another software suite for managing these items is Lotus Notes from IBM. Users needing to convert Outlook contacts for use in Lotus Notes can do so by saving the contact in vCard format. Create a folder on the desktop and name it “contacts.” To create a new folder, right click on the desktop and select “New” and “Folder.” This folder will be used to store the exported Outlook contacts for import into Lotus Notes. Launch Outlook and open the contacts folder by clicking on “Contact.” Click on the contact in the folder that needs to be converted for use in Lotus Notes.
