Acronis Disk Director is a hard drive management program that allows you to perform both basic and intensive hard drive maintenance operations such as converting a partition from one file system to another. If you have an NTFS-formatted hard drive on a Windows system that you need to move to another computer, such as a Mac, convert the NTFS file system to FAT32 so the other computer can use the drive. Use Arconis Disk Director to change an NTFS partition to FAT32 for use with a non-Windows computer. Move all of the data that you wish to keep off the hard drive you are converting.
