How Do You Convert MP3 To MIDI Ringtone?
Many of the songs you play on your computer are in the MP3 format. This format isn’t generally the kind that will work on a cellphone as a ringtone. For that, you’ll need a more compatible format such as MID. To get your MP3 file into that format, you’ll need conversion software. Download and install a program such as Intelliscore Polyphonic or Convert MP3 to Ringtone that can convert your MP3 files to ringtone MID. Choose the option to add an MP3 file to the conversion process–usually a button marked “add” or an icon with a plus symbol. Double-click on your MP3 file. Choose whether you know what instruments are in the original audio. You can then pick which instrument to use in a dropdown menu. Click “Finish” or “Convert” or a similarly worded button to generate your MIDI ringtone. Find the ringtone by hitting a button that’s often marked “output folder” or something similar.
