How Do You Convert M4V To MPEG-2?
M4V is a Mac-based file extension used in the iTunes store. If you download any videos from iTunes, it will have the M4V extension. M4V can be read by all Mac products, like iPhone and iPod Touch, but it is not widely readable in non-Mac devices and programs. If you want to use the video from an M4V file in programs that cannot read the M4V file extension, you can convert the M4V file to another video file type, such as MPEG-2. Install the Any Video Converter program to your computer (see link in Resources). Download the program, run the set up and follow the screens to install. Open the program and add a video file for converting. Click “Add Video” and browse your computer for the M4V file you want to convert. Click “Open” to pull it into the program.
