How Do You Convert M2TS Files To DVD Video Format?
M2TS is a file format which is sometimes used to encode digital video files. This is a file extension that is used by certain models of a Sony Camcorder for their video and audio files. Normally these files also have a separate .modd file which contains the timestamp. In general, the Sony Camcorder will come with software which will be able to convert these files to another file type. Download a conversion program (instructions follow for the M2TS to DVD Converter). Add the video files. Click the “Add” button in the upper left corner of the window and select the files you wish to convert. Select your output format. Go to the dropdown menu at the bottom of the window that is next to “convert to.” In this case, you will want to select “DVD” format (the .vob extension). Select your destination folder.
