How Do You Convert & Edit VHS Tapes To DVD?
VHS tapes are not only outdated–they cannot be played on DVD players because the video is not saved as a digital file that can be put onto a DVD. You can convert a VHS tape and edit the content to your liking before putting it on a DVD, provided you have an analog-to-digital device bought from an electronics or computer store. The digital file you make from the VHS tape can then be put onto a DVD using DVD burning software that is available for both Mac and PCs. The DVD will play on any DVD player.
