An ISO file is an image file, meaning it is an exact duplicate of a DVD disc. The entirety of the DVD disc is contained in an ISO image file. This includes the VOB video files that are found in DVD discs. Directly converting image files into the MP4 video format is not possible since these files are from two different formats. Converting an image file into the MP4 format requires that the video files be extracted from the image file and then converted to MP4. Download the DVD Shrink software and install onto your computer by following the program’s installation instructions.
