They are sometimes used as a DVD-video file and need to be converted into an AVI (audio video interleave) in order to be played on non-DVD systems. With a couple of free programs, this process has been streamlined into a simple conversion. Download and install Daemon Tools Lite (see Resources). Restart your computer after installation is completed. Start the Daemon Tools program. Click the Daemon icon in the lower right side of your screen and select “Device 0.” A new window will appear, which is where you need to browse for your .bin and .cue files. Select the .cue file and it will be available as a virtual disc. Download and install DVD Decrypter (see Resources). Open DVD Decrypter after it installs.
