If your computer runs Windows XP or Vista, you can use Windows Media Player to convert audio or music cd’s to MP3’s. To do this open up Windows Media Player and if you’re using Windows Media Player version 11, there is a “Rip” tab under which you can select the format of the audio cd to be converted to. Select the MP3 format. Next select the bitrate which determines the quality of the mp3 file after conversion, the higher the bitrate, the more lossless the song in conversion will be.
