Converting a PDF file into an Encapsulated Postscript (EPS) file is useful when designing a publication that will be printed on a Postscript-compatible device. The EPS file is of very high quality and is ideal for enlargements or insertions. Open a PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Pro 9. Click File > Export > Postscript > Encapsulated Postscript. Select a location in which to save the file. Click the “Save” button.
