Palm Operating System-based devices and Windows Mobile-based devices run on two separate operating systems. The differences between these systems makes synchronizing a calendar between two devices difficult. However, it is still possible to transfer information on your Palm Calendar to any Windows Mobile program by configuring the proper settings on your Palm. Click on the “Start” menu on your computer. Then go to “Programs,” “Palm” and click on “Enable Outlook Conduit.” Connect your Palm to the computer via the USB cable and open up “Palm Desktop” on the computer. Perform a “HotSync” by tapping on the icon for it on the “Main” screen. This will sync the calendar with Microsoft Outlook. Remove the Palm device and USB cable.
