This is called the COBRA Continuation Coverage Election, and you should definitely look into it if you are in need of health care. You will only have about 2 months to act on the opportunity to continue your health coverage, so please read the steps below in order to do so. If you’ve just got laid off, be sure to check with your former employer about COBRA services and the continuation of your health care plan.
