Well, for those, like me, who were wondering who the heck Flora Castillo of NJ Transit is, she’s the NJ Transit Board Director (see 1st link, below). To contact her you could try calling her Public Relations person, Janet Hines at (973) 491-7078, but, if you’re just calling to complain about a train being late, or something trivial like that, don’t count on getting a reply.
