How Do You Construct A Tree Diagram?
Tree diagrams are used in a corporate environment to delegate tasks and goals among selected employees. As its name suggests, it consists of several responsibilities and tasks branching off of one overarching goal or theme. Tree diagrams are extremely helpful to organize what needs to be done and properly distributing work loads among the employees. Tree diagrams also tie the team of employees together, and shows to them how their jobs all are contributing to the big overall picture. It is also an excellent training tool that shows employees how a large goal can be realized by breaking it down into small bits and creating steps to take to assure it gets done.
