Using Bluetooth technology to connect to the Internet gives you a router at almost any location that has cell phone reception and provides greater mobility. Before you begin setting up a computer to access the Internet through a mobile phone’s Bluetooth connectivity, make sure your wireless plan covers the data usage you will use when accessing the Internet through your cell phone. Enable Bluetooth on both your cell phone and your computer. On your phone, you should be able to do this from your “Settings” menu. From your computer, access “System Settings” if you use a Mac or “Control Panel” if you use a Window’s PC.
