To achieve optimum computer sound, some people connect car speakers to their computers. The biggest obstacle is power. Most computers and sound cards do not have the power to support the large speakers commonly found in an automobile. The only way around this is to add an amplifier. Connecting these components will take a little creativity. Plug the audio jumper with the 3.5mm jack into the speaker or headphone plug on the PC. Plug the two RCA jacks on the other end of the jumper into the RCA port inputs on the amplifier. These cables and ports are usually color-coded red and white. Connect the red RCA jack to the red port and the white RCA jack to the white port. Connect one end of the red speaker wire to the left positive speaker output of the amplifier.
