Although these televisions are not prevalent in the United States, Panwood does manufacture LCD TVs of various sizes, including a 15-inch LCD TV. If you want to connect your Panwood Electronics TV to your computer, you will need a VGA to composite cable. Turn off your Panwood Electronics TV and your computer. Connect the VGA end of the VGA to composite cable into your computer. The VGA port on desktop computers is usually located on the back of the computer tower. If you are using a laptop computer, the VGA port is usually on the sides or back of the laptop. Plug the opposite end of the VGA to composite cable into your Panwood TV.
