How Do You Connect A Dell Axim To The Internet Using Wi-Fi?
One of the great things about owning a PocketPC is its versatility. Since it operates much like a normal desktop or laptop, you can do most of your business on the fly. This includes surfing the Internet using wireless connections. Follow these steps to connect a Dell Axim to the Internet using a Wi-Fi. From the “Start” menu, access “Settings.” Settings will allow you to change the way your Dell Axim works, including how it connects to the Internet. Now click on “Connections.” From the connections screen you’ll be able to configure how your Axim connects to the Internet. Hit the Dell icon for the wireless local-access network (WLAN). This will take you to the wireless Internet menu for your Axim. Click the “Wireless Internet” icon to enable it. Find a Wi-Fi connection in your area. This can be done by clicking the “Wireless Internet” icon on the right side of your “Start” bar. Click “Connect” when you find an open connection.
