How Do You Connect 2 Monitors To 1 Computer?

“Hi, I’m Gary Malec, and in this video I’m going to show you how to hook two monitors up to one computer. It’s very simple. Well the first thing you’re going to need, obviously, is two monitors, followed by a video card that supports the monitors, that’s the most important thing. With out the video card, you’re not going to be able to hook up two monitors. There’s a vast array of different brands and, and models out there. They’re not all that expensive, but I’ll show you. This one here has two inputs. These are DDI, one for each monitor. You install this, get the software going, your two monitors in, and then through your operating system, you can configure however you want them set up, on top of each other, side by side, however you need. I’ll show you on the back of the computer now for a little bit more reference. Now as you can see here, one monitor, two monitors, right near the video card. Make sure it’s a PCI Express, dual DVI outputs, and you’ve got yourself a winner.
