This is surprisingly hard. You can use one or the other easily enough, but selecting the interface based on the domain name is very hard. The problem is that the routing is done based on the numerical address, not the text domain name. If you can generate a list of numerical address, then you can set your routing tables to use your wifi connection for just those addresses. However, major websites often use a number of different hosts for all their different content. For example, yahoo’s main page uses 3 others servers in addition to yahoo.com. Collecting all the addresses for all the blocked sites is a lot of work. The easiest solution is to set your wifi with a lower metric than your LAN.
