Do you have to conduct an interview with a job applicant but you don’t know where to start? In the article below, I have listed simple, yet effective ways of conducting an interview. Write down (or type) a list of interview questions you would like to ask the applicant. Keep the questions related to the job at hand and do not ask questions that you would find very difficult to answer (Ex: What is one of your weaknesses?). Some good questions might be – Why do you feel you are a good candidate for this position? What have you done in the past that you feel has helped to prepare you for this position?
