Have half of the team line up at the baseline and the other half of the team go to the side of the basketball court and get a jump rope. When the whistle is blown the players on the basketball court begin to jog from baseline to baseline on the basketball court, while the other half of the team jumps rope — they will jump rope until the players on the court are done with their drill.
