Open the PKZip program. Click the File menu, point to New, and click Zip File. Browse through the files in the Save In field to select a location for the new combined file. Type a name for the combined file in the File name field and click Save. If possible, use a name that describes the files it will contain, such as “graduation_pics.” Select the directory containing the files to be combined, or zipped, in the directory window (left pane). Select a file to be zipped and click Add Files in the file window (right pane). A pop-up window appears. Confirm or change the save location.
