How Do You Clone A Hard Drive Using Norton Ghost?
Whether through simple mechanical failure or malicious virus programs it can be easy for your hard drive to become corrupted or stop working. If you want to make a backup copy of your hard drive, you can use the Norton Ghost program to clone the entire contents of the drive over to a new one. Plug an external hard drive into any open USB port on the computer, or power the computer down if you will be cloning your first hard drive to a secondary internal hard drive. Remove the cables from the back of the computer case. Set the case on its side with the left panel facing up. Use the screwdriver to pull out the case screws on the top and bottom ends of the panel. Push down on the panel and slide it entirely off the case. Slide the internal hard drive into an open drive bay inside the computer.
