Strip the bed of all the sheets and bedding, those can usually be washed in your standard washing machine to remove any urine and smells. Look at the mattress and see where the urine has soaked in. Fill a bucket or pale with hot water. Use your judgement on how much water you will need depending on the size of the stain. Mix a few cups bleach in with the hot water to make a solution. Soak the area of the mattress with the urine stain or smell. Rub the solution into the smelly stained area using an old rag or old sponge.
