• Wet the bottom of the tub and first try Ajax or Comet powder cleaner. • Sprinkle the cleaner lightly over the bottom, and scrub in a circular motion. • Rinse tub well. If this did not clean it you have to go to a more expensive cleaner “Sure Klean Light Duty Concrete Cleaner”. The smallest size you can get is a gallon. Check with a local brick & block company. • Fill the tub with about 4 inches hot water, add 1 cup Sure Klean Light Duty Concrete Cleaner. • Put on rubber gloves and mix the cleaner in the water. Leave to soak about 1 hour. • Drain the tub and rinse well. If this doesn’t clean it go to next step. • Add one teaspoon of Sure Klean Light Duty Concrete Cleaner to 1 cup of warm water. • Using a scrub brush & rubber gloves dip the brush into the mixture, and again work in circular motion clean the strip. Rinse well & enjoy. Nothing including pool-strength acid would touch my tub but found something that actually worked: Steel Wool and “Barkeeps Friend.” Takes some scrubbing b
