How do you clean the fabric conditioner side of the washing machine tray?
some machines have a friction fit check all round for any levers or release buttons (check owners manual as well) if none are obvious then open draw fully close again a couple of inches then give a smooth hard pull the tray should come out the fitting is the reverse but a sharp tap with the palm of your hand to get it back in once it is aligned with the runners.Once the draw is out look in the hole remaining you will see a build up of gunk .I find a pump up garden sprayer or a hosepipe with a spray attachment washes it away also use a long handled dish scrubbing brush to get in all the nooks and crannies. The dirty water will rinse out of the machine when you do a short wash cycle with detergent but no clothes.the tray will usually come apart prising the little plastic retaining clips to get the parts apart they just clip back together .You can put the draw in the dishwasher if you have one.The fabric conditioner usually has a siphon tube which is covered with another tube this is usua
