I actually wouldn’t use anything abrasive (like baking soda or toothpaste) on a silver plated bracelet, because it might take the silver plating off with the tarnish. You can also get tarnish off by dipping the bracelet in a hot water/baking soda solution in a pan with aluminum foil.
