How Do You Clean Stainless Steel Pan?

I keep up with my stainless steel pots and pans by cleaning them thoroughly right after I have cooked with them. I don’t let anything have a chance to build up and so clean up is pretty easy. I use the steel wool soap pad very gently, so as not to scratch my pans, and then I rinse and dry my pans. I have used Bar Keeper’s Friend cleaning powder in the past. It works beautifully! It has a mild abrasive, so there is less of a chance of scratching your pans. I usually forget to shop for Bar Keeper’s Friend, so I tend to use SOS more often.
