Not in the morning before you wear the contact lenses. This way the contact lenses will soak in a CLEAN bath of solution in the case overnight, not in a dirty bath of solution. Place the lens in the palm of your non-dominant hand. Place 2-3 drops of the multipurpose solution onto the lens. Use the pad of the index finger on your dominant hand to gently rub the contact lens. Rub in a circular motion, gently, for 10 seconds. Flip the contact lens and rub the other side of the contact lens for 10 seconds. Rinse the contact lens with multipurpose solution. Place the contact lens in contact lens case filled with multipurpose solution. Repeat above steps for contact lens in the other eye.
