How Do You Clean Shower Walls With Brasso?
Cleaning shower walls can be a challenge due to soap scum and mineral deposits. The cleaning product, Brasso, is a mild abbrasive which works well for removing build-up on shower walls. The process can be a bit time consuming, but the results are well worth the effort. Attach a lamb’s wool buffing attachment to a Dremel tool, which is a handheld power buffer. Apply a nickel sized portion of Brasso to the buffing pad. Brasso is marketed as a brass polish with gently abbrasive qualities, but it works very well for cleaning a variety of hard surfaces, including shower walls. Turn on the dremel tool and buff the Brasso onto the shower wall. You may have to make several passes of buffing to effectively clean the shower walls. Wipe the shower wall down with a clean cotton cloth to remove excess Brasso and leave your shower sparkling clean.
