How Do You Clean & Shine Hardwood Floors?

There’s many different ways you can do this, and anyone who owns a hardwood flooring company or who really knows about wood floors will tell you that vinegar and water is the best thing to clean ’em with. It doesn’t leave spots, ’cause it evaporates quickly. It’s safe for you and your family. It’s not going to strip the wood. It’s really, really good. It doesn’t leave a waxy build-up that you have to go over, you know, every couple of years and remove it. So what you want to do is put about, I’d say about a cup of vinegar into a bucket. Fill it up the rest of the way with water. Of course you want to sweep or vacuum your floor first. If you have pets, I recommend vacuuming. That way you’re actually getting the pet hair up and not just moving it around. But just go over your entire floor with vinegar and water, and, after that has dried, if you want to add a shine, you can purchase things like
