This includes not only cleaning your cymbals but how they are stored, what your stands are like, and what kind of cleaners you use. Keep your cymbals in a cymbal case when storing or moving them. This will not only keep them clean but will help them from getting dented which can alter the sound. Make sure that when you do mount them on your cymbal stands, that they are a heavy quality stand that isn’t going to fall over and damage your cymbals.
