How Do You Clean Polyester Microsuede Fabric?
Microfiber fabrics come in many different textures; microsuede is one of those. This type of fabric is typically made with polyester. Cleaning these fabrics is relatively easy, but if the fabric is located on furniture, avoid soaking it. In fact, water, cleaning solutions or moisture in any high amount will actually destroy upholstered furniture if it is not dried quickly enough. If this fabric is in the form of a blanket, towel or something similar, a washing machine should suffice. Spray all stains with the cleaner. Microfiber cleaners are available online, in furniture stores, and home supply stores such as Walmart and Target. Scrub the stains with the sponge or washcloth until it comes out.
