How Do You Clean Mildew From Beach Chairs?
Removing mildew from beach chairs can be done with a few simple steps and techniques. First evaluate the materials that make up your beach chair. Is it made of wood, fabric, plastic, or vinyl. The steps below will work on most materials, but definitely do a spot check on the bottom or other non-visible area of your chair first to test your results. Next, brush off as much of the mildew as possible and wash the area to further remove any large mold spores. You will want to do this outside in a well ventilated area away from your house to insure the mold spores do not spread in your house or your outdoor living areas. While your chair is drying, either grab a bottle of Tilex Mildew Remover or make your own mixture by blending a half cup of bleach with a half gallon of water.
