First, sweep your floor to pick up any chunks or particles on the floor. The steam clean mop isn’t a vacuum, so it will not pick up debris. Second, fill the water reservoir up to but not exceeding the “Max” fill line. Next, put the micro fiber cleaning cloth onto the bottom of the H2O Steam Clean Mop. Make sure the cloth is secure on the mop bottom, and tighten the drawstring so that it is firmly attached. Plug in the steam mop, and wait for the green light to come on. Once it does, turn the unit on and you are ready! Slowly move back and forth over your laminate floor, wiping away all the dirt and sanitizing the floor with the super heated steam.
