How Do You Clean Grease From A Concrete Driveway?
Grease and oil spills on the driveway are notoriously difficult to remove. However, if you act quickly using the right cleaning solutions and procedures, you can remove most if not all of the oil from your driveway before it stains. Once you’ve removed the bulk of the oil, there are additional measures you can take to eliminate all traces of oil on your concrete driveway. Cover oil spill with cat litter immediately. This will soak up the oil before it seeps into the concrete. Wait 10 to 15 minutes for the litter to absorb the oil or grease. Sweep up the litter and discard. Scrub the stain with a scrub brush and some grease-cutting dish detergent to remove the remainder of the stain. Mix four parts muriatic acid with one part water and pour on stain. After stain is removed, hose off completely.
