How do you clean “Duettes”, or any cellular honeycomb shade?
A. You use ¼ cup of ‘Woolite” in 4″ of warm water. This means removing the shade and placing it in the bathtub to soak. You can use a soft brush on spots before rinsing twice with clear water and laying the shade out flat on a towel to dry. When the shade is re-installed it must be drawn up tight at the top and left for the fabric to regain its memory before regular use.
