You do not have a demineralized water piping system. You have a device that demineralizes your water before it runs it through your pipes. There is a great difference. What you want to know is how to backwash your particular piece of equipment. You should have an instruction booklet that came with it when you purchased it. If you purchased it locally, call the local store. You may be able to purchase one locally. Otherwise, look on the piece of machinery for a manufacturer and a phone number. Get a duplicate instruction manual and then backwash it.
