Fill the plastic container with 1 quarter of hot water. Add approximately 2 quarts of cleaner. Mix with the cloth or a bath brush. Hold the container up to the shower head. Submerge the shower head in the mixture. Wait roughly 6 minutes. This will loosen any clogged holes in the shower. Dunk the cloth into the plastic container.
