How Do You Clean Ceramic Glass Stove Tops?
Often chosen by homeowners for their sleek look, ceramic glass stove tops seem easier to clean than traditional electric or gas stove tops because of their smooth, flat surface. However, you still must adhere to careful cleaning procedures in order to avoid damaging the cook top. Fill a small bowl with warm water and add one to two drops of soap to it. Agitate the water with your fingers to develop bubbles. Dip a clean, soft cloth into the soapy water and wipe down the ceramic glass stove top to remove light soiling. Rinse the cloth under running water to remove the soap and then squeeze out excess water. Wipe down the stove to rinse. Dry with a soft, clean cloth. Wet a soft cloth under running water and squeeze out excess water. The cloth should be wet, but not dripping.
