Shark and Bissell are two major manufacturers of steam mops. These lightweight mops work by heating water to steam clean the floors. Vacuum or sweep the bamboo floors. This removes larger debris that could scuff or damage the floors. Attach the mop pad to the steam mop. The Shark mop pad attaches onto the bottom of the steam mop using a hook and latch setup.
