How Do You Clean Ballpoint Pen Ink Out Of A Clothes Dryer?
When a ballpoint pen leaks ink in a dryer, it can stain and ruin the entire load of laundry. After ballpoint pen ink has leaked, it can also ruin the ensuing batches of clothes that are placed in the dryer. Additionally, the dryer’s heat will help the stain from the ink permanently set into your clothes. The good news is cleaning the ink out of the dryer itself is not difficult, although it’s entirely possible it will be too late to save the clothes. Pour 2 cups of bleach into a bucket. Add water so the bucket is half full. Place old towels in the bucket. Soak up the bleach/water solution with the towels. Use enough towels so they are damp, but not sopping wet.
