Here are a few things to be aware of when cleaning your All-Clad stainless steel products. Soak the cookware in warm water before cleaning. For cleaning the inside of your cookware, use a soft cloth or nylon sponge and work a small amount of cleanser or detergent in a circular motion, starting from the center of the pan and moving outward. Use hot, soapy water to wash. Rinse well before drying. Clean the exterior by using the scouring side of a nylon sponge. A fine-powdered cleanser works well to remove spotting that can occur while cooking. Finish by rinsing in lukewarm water.
