You put a DVD into your Toshiba DVD player and the movie menu comes up. When you click play, the movie starts and within five minutes the DVD starts to skip. You may have to spend a little money, but you can have your DVD player back with little effort. Find a cotton swab and pour distilled water into a small bowl. Make sure whatever you pour the water in is clean and has no foreign materials in it such as dust. Dip the cotton swab into the distilled water and tap it lightly to get most of the water out of it.
