Marvy self-healing cutting mats are soft, flexible plastic mats. Used for arts and crafts, these mats will withstand repeated cuts without losing a smooth surface. Cleaning self-healing cutting mats is important to keep them looking good. How often you’ll need to clean them depends largely on what you use them for. These mats have many arts and crafts uses, and using the mats for any project involving glue or other liquids will probably mean having to clean the mats after the project is completed. Cleaning them takes little time, and you can use gentle household cleaners. Place the Marvy self-healing cutting mat on a clean towel and on a flat, stable surface. If you wish, you may place the mat in the bottom of your kitchen sink for cleaning, but this is not necessary. Mix a cleaning solution in a small bowl or the sink. A mild dish detergent and water work fine–use just a tsp. of detergent per gallon of water. Scrub the mat with a soft sponge soaked in the cleaning solution. If any pa
