How Do You Clean A Cut From A Truck Mirror?
Mirrors, like any other delicate material, break. Sometimes they break at inopportune times and cut skin, causing gashes and bleeding. Infections can occur if the cut is not properly taken care of, which, in extreme cases of infection, can require removal of the extremity or parts of the skin. Bandages and antiseptics can be applied to cuts to prevent infection and keep harmful bacteria and other debris out of cuts. Run clean water over your cut, rinsing out dirt and debris. Remove any pieces of the mirror out of the cut with tweezers. Pat dry with a towel. Apply an antiseptic ointment. Cover the cut with a bandage, if the cut is a bit deeper than the skin, apply butterfly bandages to hold the cut together. If the cut is in a spot that moves frequently, such as a joint in a finger, apply butterfly bandages.
