How Do You Chop Cilantro For Pulled Chicken Enchiladas?

“Okay, so I’ve got my lettuce and tomato ready. My last thing that I need to chop is my cilantro. Remember earlier we used half of the cilantro for our tomatillo salsa? Now we’re going to use the other half. I’m just going to do a rough chop through the cilantro. I’ve got a few brown leaves. If you see this on here, that one’s not very good, so I’m going to go ahead and throw that away. It’s pretty common for you cilantro to sometimes have those on there. Don’t worry about it. Just make sure you wash it really good and remove and brown or yellowed leaves. It smells so good. Perfect. That is our chopped cilantro.
