In this time and age, eating healthy is very difficult. Not only is healthy food more expensive than fatty food, but healthy food is very difficult to find. Often you have to walk many blocks from work or school just to find something that can be labeled as healthy as opposed to deeply fried, fatty foods, which can be just a block away. Don’t despair though, you have options. First of all if you are at home you have more control of what you eat. Take advantage of being home and cook your own food.
